In cooperation with our experienced project partners, we have developed, invested, built and managed shopping / lifestyle centers including entertainment facilities, residential projects, hotels and offices in Turkey, the Balkans, Kazakhstan, Libya, and China since 25 years.
Up to date more than 6 million m² of commercial real estate has been developed, co- invested and built. Renowned chains such as METRO AG, CARREFOUR, IKEA, TESCO, INDITEX, CINEMAXX, MEDIA-MARKT, BAUHAUS etc. has been our tenants.
In cooperation with our experienced project partners we are now focusing on Africa for the last years and actively investing and developing projects in Uganda, DRC Congo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.
Marketplace is an open-concept project containing shops and a DIY store /
supermarket. In the center, the project consists of an oasis / common space that are
surrounded by food shops. The circulation areas are shaded with canopies. There are two
large restrooms.
In front of the marketplace, there is a large carpark that connects the east and west side
of the plot and also provides easy access into the marketplace. The currently existing
trees on the opposite side of the carpark will be kept. This area might be used for open
air events in the future.
The building is built using a modular steel structure system. This allows us to easily
enlarge the building. The pitched roofs provide a natural drainage system. Since it is an
open marketplace, heating, cooling and air circulation costs are reduced significantly.
